I am getting very tempted to cut out the firewall and make a slide in Motor / Battery / ESC tray. would give access for 36mm motors also.

I saw one other Pylon plane like this. I could add a little length to the nose with this if nessary also to remove the ounce of lead there.

Have not even flown it yet and want to change it.??

there might be room for a 2650 maH 5s battery which may solve my tail heavy problems.
maybe I should just look for a heavier 28 mm in runner.

If I do not re kit the plane I should put a deserving paint job on it later.

My Imitation Vortex is pretty fun to fly in still air. I seem to be more utilitarian with my model designs.
An E-flite 32 in runner and 4s lipo are on the way when the in coming paypal funds clear.
