Brushless ESC's and motor compatibility?

Hi all.
I have a TMM 40e-3ph brushless, sensorless controller. Will is work with a Mega 22 / 20 / 2 or any other brushless motor?

(it's a 40A rating)

I've been using it w/ an AXI outrunner-type motor.

Thanks.

Yup, just watch your amp limit.
(as long as it's a non-sensored motor)

Thanks a bunch for the quick response!

I kinda figured I could...but since this is my first brushless controller, I wanted to ask.

I also assume that, as w/ my AXI, reversing the two outer motor connections I can reverse the direction of the motor?

Thanks again.

Yes, again correct.

Noticed you mentioned the 22/20/2, also read they were in short supply in another thread.

Where all they all going ?

You can swap any two leads to reverse rotation, not just the outer pair.
