no, it's in Shanghai, China. I haven't received the props yet.. moonhooy did provide a tracking #, but their tracking #'s are like banggoods (useless lol) I'm not concerned yet, because I give all my China orders 30 days before I start inquiring...

Replaced the loose top rear prop with a v202 spare. Holds nicely. It's heavy and slidy, but surprisingly punchy, even with 300 mAh batteries from other micro's.

No, I didn't actually film it... I just mounted the camera and made sure it could fly with it on.

SH6047 outdoor

Clips of first flights outside. Compared to other toy quads I'd flown, I would describe the control characteristics as vague, it doesn't seem to always do what you want it to do, especially the aileron control with some load (e.g., when banking and yawing and you want more or less bank), result is lots of times you take a dump after a quick turn. Of course I'm not ruling out pilot error, just pointing out that this is not as user friendly as say a v929 or v202.

thanks for video. I think this thing is not designed for such flying, it's more for hovering. can it hover well in wind? I was thinking to use it for areal video platform but chosen v959 because of few input about this bird

I haven't paid special attention to hovering ability, and besides conditions are usually calm to little wind when I fly anyway. But I would venture to say the v929 and variants are better suited for onboard video than the 6047. So I think you made a good choice in choosing the v959.

Good news & bad news... The good news, my spare props from moonhobby arrived today.. Also the quad or tricopter or whatever the 6047 is arrived from banggood today also..

The bad news, like I expected from watching iMacMans review, I lost a prop within 20 secs of flying.. So I glued the prop in place, and try to fly again, and one of the motors doesn't initiate :-( So I unscrew the canopy, & motor holder and check all connections, and then put everything back together, and everything is working.. Definitely not a good start with this bird..

The top ones you can scavenge off other quads, like v202, v939, mini pet, etc., the bottom ones are a different matter.
