Thanks for the pics. Very nice. That's some flybar you made. Was it an increase in weight over the stock FB? What Rx did you use and is that a 3S or 2S LiPo?

The weight is 50% more than the original because of this the flichtbar is more stabilized and the heli is faster and more flexible on the stick input. The lipo is a: 2cell Nano-tech 2250mAh 65-130C. The flight time is set to 12min on the transmitter, then + - 1950 a 2000mA can be recharged and so we have still a 250mA rezerve. Greetings ReneDL |

All original V913 electronics are replaced as well as the receiver board by the above-listed components. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...postcount=4574
I've taken this all and replaced see photo |

I see the 2 motors and the ESCs to control them. I see the Gyro but no Rx is listed. I suppose any 4Ch Rx would do? I've only used airplane gyros with 3 axis.
From what I've read, a single-axis gyro for the tail would go to the rudder channel on the Rx. The other connector end goes to the tail motor servo ESC lead. Does that JST connector feed off the balance connector or do you use a Y-harness from the main power leads? Once that's hooked up, you adjust the gain till it holds the tail well enough? Is that correct? If it is, there's no reason I couldn't hook up a 4Ch DSMX Rx and use my Spektrum Tx to fly this bird once I get a tail gyro, BL tail motor ESC and BL tail motor. Don |

As you can see on the first picture, there are 4 wires on the battery connector, two thicker for the main engine esc and two thinner for the esc of the tail motor. As RX I use a Spektrum AR500 (are no longer commercially available and replaced with AR6 ....)
But with a 4 channel TX, that has to be done too. |

Thanks Rene. I don't see any gain adjustment feature on the Gyro. Is there a way to change the gain?

You can customize the gain via TX => RX but you can also choose a gyro with manual settings => https://hobbyking.com/en_us/hobby-ki...lock-gyro.html or https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-...al-analog.html

If you are using this bigger Tx, the button you have to use is the one marked as “L/H Converter” in the attached photo. |

Yeah, on the V912 Tx, the rates are where isengarder says, on the button bank bottom right... I thought the left shoulder button was for dropping things of firing things from the utilities you can fit on a V912.... the top right button when pushed, gives extra servo travel (turbo)
Alot of people replace the top right shoulder moment button with a toggle switch, so they are always using the extra servo travel. When using a V912 (V913)Tx with a V911... that top right shoulder button just makes the V911 do mad pirro's... |

Thks a lot Calcifer and isengarder. So, I watched this video:
I beliave that this is the V913 TX, and the guy on video activates the Lo Hi range throught the Lef shoulder buttom. Later I will be in home, so I will try the tips that you gave me This is a nice helicopter and Im enjoying it a lot. I notice that in the begining of the battery comsumption the tail is always stable, but after few minutes the helicopter starts to spin for the left so I gradually must adjust It in the rudder trim buttom. Is this a comom problem guys? Once again, Thks for helping me!!!! |

When the battery voltage starts to drop, the main motor takes most of the remaining power and the tail motor can't keep up. It's a common thing but not as noticeable on a new tail motor or a bird with a weak main motor. Don |
