I must get some more XPS stickers cut for the new plane as I have run out.
The following planes all have XPS nanos inside!

Very scary and fun! West 36 V1 25000 rpm and I run 30% nitro. It screams like a demon. Only 700mm wingspan so taxes the eyes. Likes to torque left on the launch. Nano antenna just fit the width of the fuselage.
The blue Sig Wonder also is fun. Has an OS32SX with tuned pipe 22000 rpm and an APC carbon pylon 7.4 x 7.5. Horizontal and vertical speeds are equal. Great fun!

The maiden went off perfectly and the XPS system worked flawlessly as I expected. I'm very happy now!

Having a great day!

Thanks Jim. Flys just great. Now comes all the trimming to make it good for the aerobatics. All part of RC flying.

Hi Jim, not sure where I should contact you on this question but here goes. I'm busy refurbishing an airwild yak 112 wingspan 2.75m. It is all moulded glass and I use it mainly as a glider tug. Weight is about 14kg and powered by a ZDZ80. The 10 servos are all JR 8401. It previously flew with 35MHZ PCM receiver and 1 x matchbox. Would an X10 be sufficient or would it be better off with an X24?

Many thanks

Sorry there is more: I would like to run 2 lipo batteries to run the Rx setup. Was thinking of using a matchbox sensor switch regulator 2 batteries and 2 outputs to an X10/ X24. What other switching system could I use? Can't get inside with the wings on.

Many thanks

With the X24 you don't need the matchbox setup. You could power all of your servos and your ignition box for the ZDZ80, and anything you needed directly. If you use high voltage servos you could use a 2S Lipo for power. I am not a fan of Lipos for flight batteries. I recommend using LiFe batteries, like A123. They can be safely charged in the plane and you never worry about a fire. No regulator is required when using them, even with old analog servos.
