Dynam ME262 VS. Freewing ME262
Alright guys today a fellow pilot had brought his Freewing ME262 to our field for its maiden flight, And I had my Dynam ME262, After his maiden flight we decided to clock speeds to see who's Boss needless to say his clocked 98mph on 6s, mine on 4s did 109mph, the difference here is he paid$389, I paid $199 therefore get the Dynam ME262, Im moving up my setup to 80amp esc on 5s since this jet has the same setup as the Dynam Meteor, My setup change should really give me a very powerful burst of speed. this thread is to get a poll on both planes on who you think has the best one.

Well thanks for following and hope u like. I can see why someone would choose the dynam for the price, or possibly price. However the FW me262 is a whole different setup so it will be more expensive. I got my coming n a few days.

Hi there - I have the Dynam for some time now.
Is flying very well - - - but that is not all ... The design isn't very scale. Now I have also the FW, both in nearly stock setup. (for the FW I have 2 new eng-controler) So this weekend I will discover the flight-differencies. The design of the FW is great. Also that she has the 4 flaps. The wing section with turbine tubes is very scale. (will mod cockpit, front wheel plus fw-retract and flaps) |

The FW me262 isn't jut priced higher for the heck of it. Just in the FW E-tracts w/ oleo, 2300kv motors, & CR 70mm fans there is a $80 price difference between the 2 planes in just those parts. Add this to the dynam and you got a $349 plane. Now the extra $40 difference, prolly sequencer, extra servos for gear door, a few MG servos & over all a better looking foam molding. If your on a budget yes the dynam is a good alternative, but if cost isn't a issue then no question the FW is the way to go.

I thought long and hard and did a lot of homework before I bought the Dynam ME 262. There were things I liked better about the Freewing . I have a Freewing B17 that is a very nice plane , better than the other B17's out there , but it was also priced close to the price of the other B17's. When all was said and done the Freewing ME 262 is a nicer plane but just not $189.00 nicer. IMHO . Like I said I was able to save enough money to buy the SBACH and batteries too. P.S. Nitro Plane also had a either a 15% or 20% off 4th of July sale when I bought the Me 262 that made it an even sweeter deal.
