Looking For Information on This

Hey guys, I am new here so If I put this in the wrong place please excuse me. I am looking for information on this flight box. I cant find anything on the web about it. It has 2 fuel bottles each holds a little over a gallon of fuel. Has a cradle for airplane and etc. See pictures.

Take a chill pill Rusty, he's just having some fun...

I have never seen one of those before, but it looks like a really nice piece. Lots of engineering time and tooling went into that one.

BTW, welcome to RCGroups!

I had one of those, Piece of junk in my opinion. I threw it away and never used it. I did keep the screw on legs though. I cut them up for various projects

Hi Rusty
I found you what you want to know
In December 2000 Moudel Airplane News Issue there is an artical about this start box .
A TOOLBOX FIT FOR SANTA'S WORKSHOP
santa's elves came up with SL Flight box to keep their tools , supplies and spear parts for the sleigh orderly and accessible lucky for us , it works great at the field as well , it incorporates twin fuel tanks ( which can be linked or used independently ) several storage compartments and detachable legs ; an adjustble divider platform .
removable 4- drawer toolbox and retracting cradle arms are optional . everything is made of durable , solvent- resistant plastic , so it will be around for many holidays to come .
The basic flight box costs $122.95 ; the complete kit with box and all three accessories can be bought for $ 169.95 . Note : there is a picture of the same box
SL Model (253) 576-5353
www.slmodel.com .
This is the artical of your box I hope it does the job

One - been fightin' the urge for over a year now but since this thread's gone kinda schl'mizle,
is your avatar pic you, or just something you picked up? &
Two - to this day I still crack the \#377\ up every time I see it. If you only knew how many screen cleanings you owe me!! We gotta stop meeting like this - I'm serial.
