Is Super Cub (HBZ7400) the same as Super Cub LP (HBZ7380)

The only difference I see is the one for $199 comes a DX4e and the one for $169 (the lp) doesn't. Can I get confirmation? If so I'll probably just get the kit to save a few dollars on the transmitter.

The RTF is a good buy if you need a small, dedicated transmitter that works very well. If you plan to use an existing TX, that's what BNF is for.
