I thought you were a big fan of the Constitution. You know, that document that guarantees the right to counsel to all people, even those who are guilty. Good luck having a system where only innocent people have lawyers.

I am, but the term CRIMINAL defense seems to say the person is guilty... They should call it innocence defense except that you can not be declared innocent, just not guilty...

I took a hit of the guilty for something I never did... I have no faith in the current system.
