The gws 7035dd pulls 102.5 watts and 8.87 amps with a hyperion 450mah 25c.
The thunder power 325mah 65c pulls 106.6 watts and 9.15 amps.

It seems the TP 65c are the best battery, there light weight, plus you have a very fast recharge time

I just got my Edge 540qq today 12/7 but cant fly it it was damaged out of box bad stripped servo and messed up aileron Really a drag
Well got it glued back together kinda fixed the one bad servo went to test it out video flying starts at 40 sec

Maiden flight of edge 540qq (6 min 25 sec)

One place that sell 3.5G servos should be a good replacement

perhaps you could integrate/revise your above list.

some of your weights are too heavy (zippy 500, nanotech 460, gens ace)
mine have been revised by actual battery weight--not from website.
