Question

I have read that using antenna adapters say from rp sma to sma can degrade signal quality.

But

I see a lot of ppl using elbow connectors between vtx and antenna

Do they not causing the same I'll effect?

yes, and YMMV with adaptors. I still use them, just if there is a performance issue, it is one thing to try eliminating to help out.

Ok

Just curious as I will need adapters on my boscam vtx.

My 3rd replacement Skyzones arrived and are working thus far.

Still a little shimmer on vertical lines but not as bad as first pair.

This is indoors as well.

I use them on the goggles with the helical. I screw them tight, try not too tight so I don't break the threads. I have very good performance with this.

amps

As per the attached, I ran too many amps through this filter that is used with the Fatshark vTx. Anyone got a spare they want to sell? Or, do you know what the small part in the middle is? It's the bit that I overheated..... Maybe I can buy the part at our local electronics store and fix it?
