Aileron and elev. linkage done, tail lightly glued on. I'll goop the wing on after the wife and kids go to bed.

My plane will not be ready by then. I don't even have the airframe glued up yet. I think Morri and Ian have their planes ready to fly. Maybe Jeff too.

Mine is ready balanced radio gear in, but I decided to repaint so maybe it will get warm to paint on new years day. Ian

Wing is gooped, not quite a 1/2 degree of up on the stab.
My work table is looking pretty sexy right now!

Fiberglass just crashes better

Mine could fly but it is only in primer. So I guess we will have to wait another week or so for the Maiden.

Not too much done tonight. I trimmed the goop that oozed out from the wing joint. I glued in my flange for my canopy lip, later filled the edges with epoxy/micro mix, taped and waxed the bottom of my canopy and taped it on the fuse. I put some tow and epoxy on the lower stab fillet, and noticed that my fuse deflected at the fin base a little bit. I drilled a hole and stuck a stick and epoxy mix at an angle to miss the elev. linkage, better. Maybe some bondo? Better wait 'til morning, so the women folk in the house don't complain about the smell. Besides...... "I love the smell of Bondo in the morning."
Happy New Year gentlemen!
