FS: Fredy E Hotliner RTF with 2 flight packs
OK, I know I am going to regret this, so don't rub it in, but I am selling my prized Fredy E. I have to finance my new F5B coming, so something had to go. Here are the details with pics...
All molded fiberglass and carbon fiber beauty. This is a 60'' hotliner type electric glider, Complete with a hot Kontronik brushless motor system, ready to fly less the reciever. It is in brand new condition flown only +- 20 times, flies great and fasssst, but slows down to land with a little spoileron mixed in to the ailerons. I have had over 30 minute flights with thermal capabilities. Has 2 DS-20 servos for ailerons in the wing and a 3rd DS-20 in the tail for the elevator. Two flight packs 7 cell CP 1700 ZAPPED 7 cell CP-1300 Sanyo's are included as well as the small reciever battery. The motor is The Kontronik Fun 480-55 with Maxon 4.3:1 gearing and a 12x6 folding prop and spinner. Hey everyone, check out sal's website page that Bret gave the link too. Looks like he's got free Kontronik Drive 501 setups. I was going to order a dozen 'em, but figured I'd just email sal and let him know he needs to update that.
 Or maybe you buy a Fredy and get a drive 501 setup free? Sal, looks like another typo to fix. Lance |

How did it fly?
I have heard this is the same as my scud,you have a geared moter setup. How did it perform on this setup? Im happy with my dive speed, just disappointed with the climb rate. Lee
