That occasionally happens with links posted 7 years ago.
His You Tube channel has videos posted as recently as 10 months ago. May have a better chance of finding him there.

I looked on my hard drive and I found the zipped version of the plans. I don't know if it's the same as the pdf version but the pdf is almost 20MB so it's too big. Since the designer posted them online I'm guessing he doesn't mind them being out there. Here ya go.

Would be a bit of work, but you could be the first, since the file Ed posted is in DXF format.

Well a K40 CO2 laser costs about 350 to 400 bucks. Get one of those, add air assist to it, and use the K40 Whisperer software (free but doesn't come with the laser) and you're off to the races. It's a great investment, but the bed size is only about 12.75" wide by 7.5"tall so you maybe to mod some pieces with triangle shaped splices.

Bigger lasers make everything easier. I modded my K40 to cut up to 23.5" wide but it was quite a bit of work and a lot of designing new parts.
