If I wanted to use 10 consecutive characters in the charset for another purpose, would the horizontal lines be a good thing to overwrite? What are the lines used for?

(just got some boards and my digikey order. I love the sweet smell of hot air solder in the morning)

Feel free to upload a french-version if you like.

They are used for the artificial horizon - a part of the project that have been on standby for quite some time (the filtering need to be improved)
If you donīt use it, you can just overwrite them.

Nothing like some good solder in the morning

At the moment mainly standard whip antenna and a small Yagi-antenna. Itīs fine for 3-5 kilometers, use a higher-gain yagi if I need to go further

I would like to get one of theese, but I dont have the skills or equipment for that micro soldering required for SMD.

Are there any plans on selling presoldered boards?

Or will I get the same results with an arduino nano+max breakoutboard?

The Nano and the Max breakout should give give the same possibilities.

Roth,
Yes, the last diagram on page one shows a gps unit connected to a Nano.
Report 345 in this thread also shows a different gps, PPM and a lot more connected to Nano.
I'll attach the image on Report 345 again here for you

Hi Dennis,

Sorry if it is being discussed but I didn't have time to read.
I get OSD letters when connected OSD without camera, but in versions 0.18 and 0.19 OSD disappears as soon as camera is connected!
0.16 and 0.17 don't do that.

Maybe you know where could be the problem?

Kristaps
