Tells all. It really is simple to do. I flashed the "main.hex" file.

@ badlands

Hi Martin,

Did you get some PCB's made?

If so, do you have any spare (or anyone else in the UK have any)?

Cheers,

Nigel.

I don't recall if anyone's mentioned this before in the thread, but I attempted to upload the v1.1 gerber files to oshpark.com today. Problem is the bottom silkscreen is flipped horizontally & vertically. I didn't really check the other bottom layers, but at first glance they appeared to be oriented correctly. I do all my designs in Eagle CAD, so I don't have a tool at my disposal to manipulate gerber files. Dennis, would it be possible to get a version with the gerbers not mirrored?

i used oshpark and they came out fine. I don't recall what they looked like on their site preview and I just tried to run them through again, but their site is running very slow...

Just tried to upload the project, don't see any problems?
Could you please post some further information? This is what I get from OSH-park when uploaded

I'll might upload ground-recording later, but it was just a quick test-flight mainly flown without LOS and with bad signal
Swift II quick flight (1 min 50 sec)

I took the contents of OSD_PCB_V1_1.rar, zipped it up & uploaded. I didn't get the board top & bottom preview before, but I just tried it again and it showed this time. The bottom silk screen is still flipped however. I asked oshpark about it and they also said the gerbers were flipped for the silk screen. I guess if it the board previews looks ok, I'll order the boards & hope for the best!

OSD looks fine, but the video is awful, surely you aren't still using Rubber Duck antennas with all that multipath breakup?

Nigel.

It was flown mainly behind trees and a small hill, I was actually surprised the video didnt break up earlier.

- Rubberduck on TX rules, catches less trees

+1

I'd prefer one "filled"... (I have a good excude). My solder paste went bad and it takes several weeks to get more.
