No one can answer this Q in a fair way, sorry.
In theory you can, but it depends of so many things, like the background noise level where and when you fly, the noise level on the plane and your GS, and much more, we don't know your level of technical skill, the people vho actually do really long range is very skilled and methodish in reducing all electronic noise from all electronic components in all the equipment they use, do you have the technical skills needed to do this, i don't.
10 Km is rather easy if you use a LRS RC and good antennas and VRX/VTX on video, from that one it mostly depends on your skills and now-how.
So no short or smart shortcuts exist, you cant just not buy equitment vho can compensate for your missing know-how you need start reading and understanding, sorry its is just the hard truth.

I have flying model aeroplanes for 53 years and RC for something like 45 years, UL for 10, soldered a lot of pcbs, being flying FPV for 6-7 years, but i cant really make my setup properly up to fly long-range, its is not so easy, and i use properly equipment, TSLRS and well known video to, others has flown 50 km with this but not me, i am not skilled enough.

If you have patrient to learn, time and skills to, you can learn to fly 50 km out and home aggain, but you can not ekspect just to get a simple list and buy this and this, put it in a model, and then you can go and fly 50 km out, you can buy the equitment yes, but you still need to mount and test it probertly and deal vith all the problems one by one to finetuning it until it work perfekt.
A clean first instalation can maybe get you 5-10 km, from that on tweaking the system to perfektion start to become nesserly to get more.

Just drop your local military an email asking for one of their UAV's.
I'm sure they'll be glad to help you out.

Ummmm... ya, sorry but money can't buy experience

To fly that far away, you're going to need to spend some serious cash for top-notch antennas and equipment. However you don't want to go out and spend $2000 in a setup for your first one, you'll want something durable and short range to start so that you c an learn the basics.

Over maybe 1.5 years or so you may be able to go out possibly 10-20km but you've got to be learning fast. A 50km FPV setup cannot simply be bought. It will require soldering, connecting, setting up, programming, etc.

Realistically you can't buy a 50km ready-to-fly FPV setup. And that's a good thing because if you did buy it chances are that you'd crash that expensive setup and not be able to rebuild it because you wouldn't know anything about your own aircraft.

For now, focus on small victories like setting up a simple foamy to start FPV.
