Rodrigo, you have a great little bi plane in the Tomtit. And of course your nice build provides a lot of inspiration!
You can now see the “wheels turning” in my mind for the Tomtit!

Sundancer, love the pictures.
The following is not a Cardinal, but a salute to it.
Shows how it looks as a bi plane!

Anyway, if there is any interest in a bi plane Cardinal, see

Good, glad your stuff is getting closer - but don't rush the maiden, wait for good weather and light wind! Your model does not have to be flown by 31/12 to qualify, just finished. Post some pictures when you have mounted the motor and fitted the cowl!

Hi Guys!!
The items now are on mailman box, but the "long" weekend festivities make everything go slow and with no rush... so.
My Tomtit will be finished like january 4 or 5.
Best look for next time !
jajaja
no matter, i wish you very very Happy New Year, Soft Landings, Fast Buildings, and health for every one!

Don't worry CG - your Tom Tit is finished enough for me and will be included in the end of Build Off poll.

Have a good 2013, looking forward to following your Wee Snifter build for the Britplan Build Off.

Great job Rodrigo - that pilot is a handsome fellow! Best of luck with the test flights, just wait for reasonable conditions and you should have no problems, she is very easy to fly.

That really is a remarkably attractive little model - beautifully built and a lovely colour scheme.

I've never been a fan of black tissue - but offset against the orange, that looks stunning! And with your construction skills, you are someone who could use transparent films without embarassment!

Very nice Rodrigo. I’ll definitely have to build one of these. I would have for the 2013 build off, but the build off doesn’t allow previously kitted “Frog” models. What’s the all up weight with the 1000 ma LiPo? Was any tail weight needed for the balance point?

Hi John!
Well, i think it could be on Britkit, ask Sundancer for it. About weight, right now with lipo is 440grams, but need to balance, so maybe she needs like 10 grams on nose, not balanced yet.
Have a nice New Year!

Thanks Rodrigo. At that weight it should be a real floater, and very relaxing to fly.
