Yeah, right! I'll remind you of that!

It balances well enough to use the trims on the radio for now.

I'm making a video now.
That right there is probably the most impressive looking 9116 I have seen. The direct drive with the light down the fin looks sweet. The angle mounted battery at the front with the PCB below is great. The landing gear setup is great. If it wasn't for the fact that I think 4/5 of my PCB's are garbage I would be very tempted to try this with mine. NICE WORK!

Mr. Crash and Burn
i just noticed for some reason i have a wobble when throttling up with my 9116 could it be the after market blades that are causeing it or did i tigten something down to much when i put it back together if you push the throttle hard on take off you don't notice it much and it goes right into a good hover but if you ease the throttle up it wobbles and wants to pull to the right during lift off

My PCB went bad on me, no tail control. I've been flying my hausler 450 though so I don't really miss the dh. I'll say one thing, doing the mods on the dh and its resulting instability made picking up the 450 easy. The hardest part was the shaky knees. All you cp guys know what I'm talking about. :-)
I guess I will go ahead and get another PCB, then maybe sell it. Anyone want a heavily modded dh9116?

Pretty docile. I was unlucky enough to get a warped main gear and a slightly bent main shaft, but even with all that, I find it easy to fly. Like I said, the hardest part is the shaky knees.

Mine are 1.6 grams now, and it would be very controllable if I replaced
the worn out linkage.
I had bent the gyro bar too short. That coupled with dropping the lower frame and pro 180 motor made it insane.
