No beating around bush defending Dji.
The pilot is not to blamed for craft crashing from faulty props.
Dji sell kits with faulty weak props. So many people have report this and still they sell the same faulty props.

The only reason why they don't want to replace your craft is because in Dji's eyes you spent petty cash.
Dji only look out for the ones who buy their high end stuff and not the lower end stuff.

It's like they are saying tuff luck screw you.

It's a shame as for sure they do make more money from the lower end stuff over the high end.

Best lesson I have learned after seven years of flying big AP birds with lots of dissapointing problems? Buy EVERYTHING with Mastercard or Visa. When things go south fill out a disput with mastercard or visa. You get a fair oversight from a third party and if you are right the vendor doesnt get the cash you spent. You will get a refund . Complete refund and the vendor gets their crap back in a box

That's a good pointer.
In this case it would be the smaller man the retailer who would get stung.

Wile the head honcho who should sort the matter as its their fault, do nothing.

With Dji products its the retailers - Dealers that's get all the dirty work.

Eg replying to hundreds of emails, trying to help their costumers with matters some time which is not related to them as the retailer.

One comment I would inject here since no one has mentioned it. It may or may not be issue on your copter.........

Never use any type of loctite, doesn't matter if its blue or plastic type, or you will have prop failures.

I have many flight HOURS with multicopters testing systems etc...... and I now get many hours out of stock DJI, XA props that were snapping for no apparent reason.

There is always a reason why things fail; you just need to find that reason. In many cases with props its loctite. Further more loctite should not be used on copters anywhere near props or plastic. You can use silicone instead for shaft so prop doesn't become permanent attachment to shaft. You will find if you use thin nylon washer (optional) and torque crown nut or nut to 1/2lbs of torque you will cure a lot of issues in one shot. But that is another subject.
