I use it on all of my hot liners and pylon plane but not on the thermal gliders. Works awesome on the pylon planes for a quick fast turn.

Depends on what kind of flying you are doing and what you are trying to achieve. For highly aerobatic flying this can be very useful.

I would imagine that it would be very useful for pylon racing and slope racing.

Some people use it for thermal soaring and swear by it. Some swear at it.

Like every mix in your radio, it depends on what you want to do.
