ESC Programing Box


Hello Guys !
I've just seen this programing box on hobbyking
what do you think about it is it compatible with the Turnigy Marine ESCs ?

Programmable parameter
Low Voltage cutoff
Current limiting
Brake
PWM rate
Timing
Cutoff type
Governor mode
Startup

Unless it specifically says it works with the marine ESC's, it won't. I'm not positive, but I don't think they sell a card/box for the 120a or 180a turnigy marine ESC's.

yeah I think the same way too , I've contacted the product specialist 2 hours ago he tell me to not go with it , it's not for the marine ESC's

That thing really resembles the box that OSE sells for the Swordfish line.
Hobby king does make a program card for the T120 & T180 esc's as I have one.

With the AquaStar being a relabeled Swordfish (Heifei) in the case of the 240 HV that kind of confirms my thought on the OP's photo..

It's a 'must have' item for the T180 :-)

Turnigy programing card. 180 amp esc (1 min 2 sec)

Any ideas how the Aquastar (Swordfish) 120 compares to the Turnigy 120? They are pretty close to the same price. I've had good luck with the Turnigy so far but no experience with the Swordfish.

I guess they are pretty close to about the same. I've managed to let the magic smoke out of both brands on at least one occasion.
I do prefer the Turnigy over the SF though. It has more flexibility in timing settings and might survive a little more moisture than the SF can handle too.
