Another toy controller successfully hacked

For this one, a 100nF, 1k RC network filtered a 600khz PWM to generate the stick voltages. That produces DC voltage changes well over 100Hz without serious ripple. It doesn't work with the controller off, since the stick voltages end up powering the micro. With it on, it works. The flight software has to be running & generating a 0 throttle voltage before the controller can be powered up. Finally, the copter can be powered up.

Throttle & pitch are 0 for full down to 3.5V for full up. The PWM only gets it to 3.2V. A voltage regulator trimming could get it to 3.5V. Roll & yaw are 0 for full right to 3.5V for full left.

It's always unknown if these controllers can be hacked. They might have logarithmic pots or require an exotic voltage. What makes this system run on steroids is the use of a 900Mhz radio in full duplex to get extra telemetry.
