Mounting the Skyvan's wings
Now I'm adding to the two Skyvan's upper fuselage's the "positioning" screws, these screws help keep the wing in place while the rubber band compresses the wing to the fuse.

Rubber-Bands
In order to save weight & keep the construction of these skyvans simple I elected to use rubber bands to fasten the wings to the fuse, I'm using carbon fiber rods as my band pegs., Then I paint them white to help them blend with the fuse.

Skyvan wing struts
Now I'm adding the all important wing-struts to the two skyvans, these are simple strips of carbon fiber.

The right weight
Both Skyvans are at this moment about 88% of 1 pound and will have a flying weight of about a pound and a half, that's not bad at all!

Screw The Skyvans
Time to start screwing the control surfaces of the Skyvans together, this will ensure that they are easy to remove and stay on the bird in flight.
