Anybody have an Extra 300 Fun-Fly?

This plane is sold by NESail. I've searched on E-zone, Google, etc. and have not found ANY information on this plane.

I'd like to know basic questions like empty weight, ease of assembly, quality, flying characteristics, and if anybody'd recommend buying this ARF.

Thanks

I'd like to see some info here as well. NEsail has got a deal on these and wonder if it's worth the $$$.

I hade one, powered with Kontronik BL480-33 geared 4.4:1 (B40-9L) with 11x7 apc-e. The parts are quite heavy, but the quality of them is good. If I can remember, that two wing halves weighted 5.3 oz each. I used two standard sized servos and two micros in wings (2 Futaba S3003, 2 Futaba FS-500MG). The AUW was 70 oz. with 12 cells CP1700. Average flying time was 4 minutes and there was no touch of "3D" there. It's an sport aerobatic plane and can be really fast.

Yes, it is nice, very strong, a bit heavy though. I liked the stock landing gear, strong and nice looking !
Well, the Extra is a great performer, but personaly, I was a bit disapointed, becouse I thought it was an 3D model.

Empty weight sounds a bit heavy. How'd you get the AUW under 2000g? Your equipment must be light, considering 10xGP3000.
