Looks like an F9F Tigercat? You can see the fuse on the wall

i have a F-15 plug that im working on for EJF some 25 yrs ago i was working on the same plug for JHH they used to have all the info put it got tossed, several parts from the plug are missing ,i need to get a set of plans for the avons F-15 so i can make all the missing parts.the plug i have is a bit smaller than the PA F-15 so i would have to shrink the plans to suit what i need. if anyone knows where i could buy a set please let me know.

REALLY nice man...

Would be it be fair to say 2 90m fans pushing 8lbs each would flying this bird along at a good clip?

Wish kit weights were published...

Have to take a look at avonds jets

Weighed mine today. RTF with batteries, 12S 5000 ma, 17.5 lbs. Just need to finish up the battery mounts then I'm set. It would be very easy to install twin 90 mm fans.

My dream EDF. I had a NIB box kit back around 2000. Sold it, regrettably.

+1

Prolly could add a couple of pounds of battery and not change flight characteristics that much also.

Will a video be posted before the weekends over?

Little Prep and Sanding

Looking good Bob. That bird should do fine at the weight your aiming at. I have ducting for a twin 120 setup on my F-15. Well seeing your make me want but I need to focus on a couple other projects right now and then see if I can get that project going again. I see some TLC is in order but looks like you have done the task and ready for testing and then some paint.

Well best of luck on the maiden. Cannot wait to see the results.
