Cool video Ian. Paramotors are such good fun and so easy to fly to. Hope they took you up for a flight ?

They're a little slow though, so was tough to keep from passing them up
with the Skyhunter. I had an option to go up, but did not. Maybe next time.

You should have. They are good fun, I've taken one up to 8500 feet before ! I kinda got bored after a few hours as its like sitting on top of the world but not moving. Down low is the best fun. Dragging your feet in the water as your cruise the beaches s what got me involved initially ... But now I fly a carbon cub ! Much more fun.

I doesn't take much to make this thing turn so I will be cutting back on my end points for my ailerons.

The nice thing is that I just flip on RTH and ET brings her home.
I cant' wait to get here in the air again.

Webb , I like your setup , I will possible go with the same setup thanks . I want to run the 4s setup and the 13*8 sound good to try . Then maybe I will try damen configuration . The goal is to get under 8 amps for cruise . Thanks

Great video Ian. Beautifull images of the paragliders and nice fast low flying at the end showing the plane's performance. What is the long ribbon trailing behind the top of the paraglider wing ?

What purpose does it serve ? I mean on the paraglider, as I am old enough to know what VHS tape is

Just fun to pull around a long streamer. The first time up, it was like 100 yards
long, so he could pull a tight turn and almost catch up with the tail end of it.

At what cruise speed was you flying or as you just havering fun , reason I asked cause it look like your where moving along pretty fast .

Probably not more than 35-40mph. The lower I fly, the faster it looks, which is
why I like to fly low.
