Saito boiler fittings.....

I have a nice little 3/4" pressure gauge from Clevedon Steam in the UK and want to attach it with a siphon pipe to my Saito B3 boiler( to the pressure relief valve). I think the gauge fitting is a 3/16 X 40 thread but I have no idea what the Saito boiler threads may be. I have measured them as best I can (see attached) Can anyone tell me what the threads are and where a fitting to attach the siphon pipe and gauge can be obtained?
Any advice at all would be much appreciated.

The safety valve has a M8x1 thread. But do you want to replace it with the pressure gauge? Or how do you plan to attach it?
Normally, Saito uses M7x0,75 threads for pipe connections. The boiler should have these threads on the steam stop valve and usually on a cross fitting on which the safety valve sits, for more steam connections.

Saito fittings.....

There are two identical pressure release valves on the Saito boiler.....I suppose just for redundency. I guess I could use one of them for my gauge connection and be left with only one pressure valve. I would like to do it like the photo but dont know where the "T" fitting can be obtained.

Nothing from the Japanese Saito dealer....I wrote for the fourth time and still nothing!! Even the dealer in the UK from whom I purchased the gauge could not help. What we need is the cross-fitting with M8 X 1 threads to fit into the boiler. Maybe a machinist could fabricate one.

If you can't get the original part, you could try this one:

You'd have to ask for one of the threads to be M7x0,75 for the Saito safety valve, or get a new saftey valve threaded M6x0,75.

That's an encouraging offer.....The attached photos show the fittings that I have and how I think it should be hooked up. The "T" shaped brass fitting that goes between the pressure valve and the boiler is what I need.

Would a simple fitting like this work?
