Come on group, don't be so damned conventional, the Zero's -while worthy- been done to death!

We have the opportunity to see a truly original model coming our way; think of the head turner the Blohm u. Woss'd be, or a Lysander with flaps giving the Carbon Cub a run for its money, or doing a torpedo run with a Swordfish..
I *absolutely* agree here!
With a manufacturer that is so open to feedback and has the flexibility to design absolutely anything, I too would love to see lesser done models out there!

That being said--I'm a huge zero fan. But c'mon! I'll sacrifice the zero for one of the rarer offerings!

I too would love to see one of the less often modelled aircraft be kitted, but I think we also have to be mindful that Jon is running a business here. Whilst he might relish the challenge of an obscure aircraft perhaps the prospect of being able to sell a larger number of Stukas or Zeros might be equally appealing. (Not that I'm triying to read your mind Jon ).
Having said that, I'd be more inclined to buy a Swordfish, Lysander or Hawk!

Kudos to Jon for giving us the opportunity to have a say in the matter.

Hey, where did all the votes for the Blohm & Voss BV141 come from? That should be a challenge to make work...

I was sort of hoping that people would like the Ki-61 or Fiat G55.

I'd suggested the Polikarpov, but a British company needs a domestic subject, so I voted for the Sea Fury.

NO ONE ever does Italian planes and the Fiat was a close second.

Yep, the La-7 would be excellent. That and the FW TA-152H. The KI-61 Tony comes in third for me.

I would not mind seeing a couple of docile high wing planes for the smaller indoor sites.
