****The MICROACES WINNERS POLL ****

I guess the UNIQUE thing about this poll is that the aircraft that comes out top WILL be made into a Microaces Kit.

This poll is the final stage of a competition that was started back in September where RCGroups members were asked to nominate an aircraft they would like to see made in to a kit.

From all the nominations, 20 were drawn blind and are now here to be judge by YOU for their worthiness.

The aircraft at the top of the poll at midnight on 1st December 2012 will be made into a Microaces Kit available from the Microaces Website and the original nominator will also win the kit as a Deluxe Version plus other spoils.

Please review the nominees at your leisure and VOTE!

No date on Spit yet Red. I've had to divert my attentions for a while on business administration with tax returns looming etc. It's very dull but a necessary evil.

Should be back on track soon though - I'll post a new thread when I start putting the prototype together.

Where is the "all of the above" option??

Seriously... there are some awesome options there. I'm glad we have a few weeks to mull them over.

I think the Bull Dog should be done as it's a "Golden Age" racer and no one has done a micro version of it. All the WWII stuff is nice but it's getting old as everyone has one or is making them . Try looking out of the box and see the "other " interesting planes that are out there.

The luck of the draw gave us a very nice mix of seldom represented airplanes, most of which I'd love to see kitted.. and people are voting for the Zero

Come on group, don't be so damned conventional, the Zero's -while worthy- been done to death!

We have the opportunity to see a truly original model coming our way; think of the head turner the Blohm u. Woss'd be, or a Lysander with flaps giving the Carbon Cub a run for its money, or doing a torpedo run with a Swordfish..

It's one of the many on that list that I'm still mulling over (the Zero is not!)
