All Helimax models are rebrands. It used to be Walkera, now it's the same as NE. They haven't made a decent heli since the Axe 400. .

How do you to tell if it that is the Solo Pro 125 or the older Solo Pro 100?

The Solo Pro 100 has linear servos whereas the 125 has rotary servos.

Mine arrived in the mail today. Flew 8 times this afternoon.
Performance was better than expected. Very stable and enough power for loops and rolls. Its pretty quick. Better than I remember my old v1 mcpx.
Tail holds very well. No blow outs when doing quick loops back to back or quick climb outs.
It does require good collective management. But I could definately get better in that catagory. And I hope flying this will help me improve.
There are some reports that the brushed motor will gain performance after it's broken in. Takes about 20 flights. Even then I don't see tick tocks in this birds future without a brush less upgrade.
I have to say I'm really happy with my purchase. Stable no tail blow outs. Quick and fun to fly. Best of all I can use my Futaba 8fg radio with the any link module.

Its pretty durable. One broken boom and I've crashed it a bunch. Not bad. Its sturdier than the v1 mcpx I had.
I'm not sure about nine eagles version being anylink compatible.

I don't have a Spektrum radio anymore so I can't compare it to any Blade products other than the v1 mCPX I had.

not just earlier versions...all versions are rebrands under the helimax brand.

Hobbico is just a NA distributor for nine eagles.
