Foam cutting CNC machine Plans

I'm looking for a better method to cut foam.
does anyone have plans for a scanner based CNC foam cutting machine with operating software?, if so please make the link or plans available.

I will be putting out a new book on CNC foamcutting after New Years.

Sorry, no plans... It enables you to design a machine to suit your needs.

Scanner based? 2 Axis?

I may be wrong but I belive a hot wire machine will requre 4 axis, two at each end of the wire.

actually, i'm new to model aircraft building. i started building a 33 span blu baby model. when i cut foam i thought a CNC machine will help me. but now i understand first i must master cutting foam with hand, then learn about CNC machines and build a one which suits my requirements.

Foam cutters are 4 axis.
