Yippee!

the UMX ASK-21 is here!

Our lhs just got them and i picked mine up today . I hope the weather cooperates this weekend. Does anyone have any experience with this little beauty. There is no build it took 5 min to put together and 5 min to set up the raido . Just need the wind to calm down so i can glide test it.

Hasn't this thing one of those gyro-type assistance thingies? Otherwise it sure would be a pig to fly...

It flies ok so far. I need some more time to sort mine out. I've gotta dial in the CG a bit better, there's way too much differential with the way the stock linkage is set up, and the decalage is pretty far off on mine. Im wondering how much quality control there is when they tape it together. Just flew it off the slope today and it does not penetrate very well, which I didn't expect either. Aero towing is where I think the fun will be with this plane.
