I made suspected 3-blades-head mod today(V911).

I love 3-blades-head.
I made 3-blades-head mod on 180D,using GAUI head,in the old days.

And today,I made suspected 3-blades-head mod on V911.
I can control Her,but there is vibration,so no good.

I don't recommend this mod,if you think to make a reproduction, you should better choice suspected 6-blades or real 4-blades.

I love mod...and V911!

Interesting.... perhaps the fact that the three blades are on different planes a major contributor to the vibration?

FPVpilots do it remotely
Stonecutters thought make sense, as there are offset force on the driveshaft this is likely to cause some wobble. this might work better if it was possible to have a 3 blade head with all blades on the same level.

Guess the real trick would be getting somebody in Shenzhen to make a couple of molds.
First a 3 pin swashplate for 3 blades
Second a 3 blade head for 3 blades
problem with 3 is that the blade can not be counter weighted and need more advanced mounting so that probably make a stacked 4 or 6 blade design more likely.

Thirdly - ebay the complete kit. where do I send my $.?

Problem - mold cost roughly $250 ea possible more since this require moving mold parts. kit value on a $40 heli maybe say $40 for the kit at best. profit... nah never mind. :-)
