comparing the sbach to the 540 is like comparing the 540 to the parkzone extra 300. all these are in different classes. an average pilot can fly the sbach indoors. the 540 will require a skilled pilot

Wasn't the AS3X "Learn to Fly" conversation like 3 weeks ago or something? I should know cause I started it. I though we had all moved on from that?

Way late to the game pal
Not even what was talked about, and way out of context

"pretty much" vertical and more than 2:1 thrust to weight for rocket like acceleration is not the same thing. unfortunately, most (all?) pre built arfs have "just enough" vertical. i usually aim for at least 2:1

The Earth got in the way!

In my video I was just barely flying it at speed. The video was done to show my friend it's flight envelope. My point is and was (3weeks ago) that if my GrassHopper has more than enough power to go vertical with pretty much unlimited vertical (I can't say it's unlimited because I've never blasted it up until it stalled, and it never showed signs of loosing momentum when I go vertical at WOT) and with the same setup there really is no question that the QQ will preform as the intro video shows.....

Honestly why are people bringing up things that we discussed over 3 weeks ago?!?! Is there nothing better to do.
