There seems to be a scale head designer somewhere in HK/China that makes some interesting heads, but they get to be rather hard to use as they only need a tiny amount of servo travel to use the full pitch range.
Looks like the ratio is in the linkage below the swashplate.... would not yet worry about that, and if all else fails, you can select shorter servo horns....
I did that (shortening the servohorns) when I did a "rigid conversion on a Vario 2 bladed head that needed only very small swashplate movements. Works fine, no problems....
