It's not very much - about 2-3mm on most of my airplanes. Some need more, some need less. You should be looking for a nearly vertical climb, after release.

Where is the lift?

Hi Boris,

I use both a little up elevator and a little flap but this is optional. You don't need to use flap if you don't want to.

What Charlie says: only elevator.

I have one airplane (my Legend) where I use a small bit of up flap. But my Blasters (and I tired various combinations) work best with elevator only on the preset.

Keep in mind the behavior you are looking for: swing level on launch, have the airplane rotate to the climb attitude immediately after release, and continue straight after the preset is released. I release the preset at the same instant I release the airplane.
