few updates,
nose out of 6mm depron. may need a bit more sanding
all formers are cut.
main fuse formers installed

few updates, been real busy. especially after SS Sandy.
I touched up the nose section, spackle turned grayish with the window lines that i pre-drew with marker. I will touch the windows up and make them straighter later .
airfoil- fff and 6mm depron.
spar- 6mm depron with a thin strip of balsa
retracts are here. Need to mess around with them.
Horizontal stabs- I used FFF and are sandwiched with 2mm depron. They came out fairly stiff. I still need to cut out the elevators. I will do the same method with the vertical stab.
Most likely I will have wing box fixed onto the fuse and have just the wings detachable.

It looks fantastic! Seems very similar to the beer can KC-10A I built a while back. Your model appears to be constructed in a similar fashion. My goal is to use the beer can template, combined with what you're doing, and build a flyable KC-10 that uses three Eflite UMX Mig EDF units. Where exactly do you get that type of depron, Lowes or somewhere similar?
