Regarding 9X I've just setup different model template for LRS range testing, and by the way i reproduced gavin'smax "46 throttle" problem.

I'm now almost 100% positive that on stock firmware you need to raise all the endpoints to 125% for KK2 to read throttle and rudder correctly and arm.

On ER9X if i lowered throttle end-point below 100% (equals 125% on stock) and throttle readings shoot up to 44-46 range immediately.

I'm using a Devo 7 at the moment. I love it. I buy my parts from HK, myrcmart and the props are from http://www.himodel.com/sort.php?sub1=E2

Best,
Chris

PS: Helipal has the Devo 7 with receiver for 99$ at the moment.

Gavin,
The battery you use is fine. It's your thumbs. auto level can help but you have to tune it.

Hahahaa, Hey Chris I just responded to your first email before realizing you sent a second one saying you already had everything figured-out Anyhow, just take a look at my email and it will explain what's up with the name thing.

Thank you very, very, much for the hook-up on the extra arms...Very grateful.

Received my 350 class Armattan quad today. I mounted a receiver, calibrated esc's and sensors, made sure the controls were going the right direction, and then charged a battery and maidened it. I hovered it hands off with zero trim added! Truly an amazing quad.....Chris is an expert at building and setting these up. I will order again when he comes out with the new frame. Needless to say, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Gavin

1.Put a velcro between centerplate and battery, this will stop it sliding.

2. Go to PI Editor
3. Raise P gain for roll/pitch 70-80
4. See if that helps, quad should follow your stick movements more closely.

It almost sounds like you reduced PI instead of stick scaling.

Here's my new Armattan running a CC3D FC.

If any of the guys who ordered a quad yesterday like the color of the arms and want them, let me know ASAP. I'm cutting your arms at lunch time, like, in 3 hours from now. After they are cut and drilled, I'm not going to drill more!

Best,
Chris
