Yak 3 would be cool, but FMS doesn't do cool. They stick to the ordinary just like Beltpilot said...."mainstream".

Sweet! That would make my week!

Had a couple B-2 Spirits flying in formation over my house a week ago. It was dark but I could tell by the light formation and sound it had to be B-2s.

Thought I would call my local airport and see if they knew anything about this. Guess what ... its the one from the Collins Foundation, and its going to be taking people rides for the next 3 days. The airport is about 5 min from my house. Guess what I'm doing tonight.

It was a while ago when I provided the blueprints and paintschemes for this one and although there had to be a few compromises made, I bet it will be a smash hit. Well known, but hardly seen, very mainstream though! I hope this one will help FMS through the crisis, the market has been very rough in the past year or so and the manufacturers over there in China are struggling...

OK OK... Loving this! LOL! ok... My bet is on a Hawker Tempest! It's already been mentioned in this thread. It's well known but hardly seen. That kind of rules out the Hurricane since that has been done by e-Flite. The P-39 Airacobra is a possibility. It scored pretty well in the "Next FMS warbird poll". But FMS already has an 800mm version of the Tempest! So they have already have the template. And that's the only one of the 800mm warbirds that does not have a 1400mm counterpart. Trying to reason this out...

One E-Flite bird does not mean that the Hurri is not hardly seen
