Well, I'm working and testing some general issues for this one.

And here are the results this far (twin tubular wing experiment).

When I have completed the TIE Bomber and test flights succesfully, I may consider negotiates with FMS.

On another note does the release of the re worked corsair in 1400 count as new ?
If that is it its already been announced ?
No, no reworked Corsair. That would be kind of lame if it were that. It is no reworked version of any already existing FMS warbird... it is a new one!

Bernhard and yet on another note you will be happy to know I am finishing my Platt Dora !
Very cool, eager to see!

Any ideas where I can get some 1/7 scale drawings of the tail and alerons ? I want to make painting mask to simulate rib details ,
Thanks for any help you can provide
I wouldn't know where to get real 1/7 scale drawings... what I would do is highres scan some serious Dora-drawings like those from Claes Sundin, scale them up to 1/7, print them out and go with that.

No worries Todd, only two or three pages from now they will already have forgotten that you just said No to the humps and go on discussing wether it is a steep, shallow, thick or whatever hump that you were suggesting.

If you can get a model like a (scale looking) TIE bomber to actually fly, that would be something. Will be difficult though to simulate the engine sound

Cheers,
Bernhard

Just saw this page..... not sure if its been guessed what plane it is yet???

Anyways, the "HUMP" the guys are talking about is not a reference to the shape of the plane but the obstacle the guys had to get over while flying supplies into China.

"Nothing James Browne learned in flight school prepared him for “The Hump,” a perilous, Himalayan no-man’s land that became a graveyard for hundreds of fearless WWII-era fliers who battled Japanese fighters, impossible weather and a supply route from hell."

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/05/24...t-hump-airmen/

Funny that this post is on page 47....... its a c-47.
