Hey Gang............need some feedback!
I have a carbon fuse type (long wire, exposed for a bit on the end) satellite receiver.
The exposed bit of wire broke off.............
Could I just expose the same length of wire as before??
Or do I have to send it back for a new antenna ?

All the receivers I have use plug in antennas, not soldered which can be replace pretty easy. Yes, if you have enough coax you can just strip off 31mm of the shield and youíll be back in business.
Someplace I have a link to replacement antennas if no one else posts one Iíll look later.

Until I find out different I believe all the 2.4 RX antennas use the same connector. RX antenna
