Question

F4 edomodel and F15 edomodel

before we start im new and im not exactly sure wich category this thread belongs to and all...

im also getting a simulator and i flew an F16 FMS before (i just asked to fly it i really got lucky with it)

The specs of the F15 and F4 are :

Wing Span: 740mmm
Length:: 1100mm
Flying Weight: 866g
Motor: Powerful out runner brushless motor 2815 4800kv
40-50A ESC
Servos: 9g*5pcs
Fan: 64mm Single Ducted Fan
radio control: 6 channel Radio control
Battery: 4S,2200mah lipoly battery 20C
Charger: 4s lipo balancer and adaptor (3A
Max Thrust:>1000g (no idea what this means)
My questions are:

1. Is the F15 a good Plane?

so far im not sure if i have any more question Thanks

THE question is, are you new to flying a radio-controlled aircraft? If you are, ANY edf is the wrong one.

Looks like you want to fly a very nice plane. Unfortunately your early flights will be very short. Please bring a friend with a video cam to record the results and post them for us to see.
Please find a large open field for your maiden since these go quite fast and it will make it easier to find the wreckage.
You should start with a super cub, you have a chance of flying and landing that, and almost no chance with the ducted fan.

Final word . . . GET VIDEO !

One lesson is to have a launcher with a clue. Hard and level to gain airspeed - not up at a steep angle
