First off I will tell you that the stock motor is a 15 size 950 kv motor so the one you are talking about will struggle unless you do strictly 4 cell. I found the stock setup to be sluggish. I recommend the power 25 1250 motor and the 60A speed control and the xtra 300 10.5x9 prop. Tell us a little more about the rest of your setup (prop, battery)

and your not going to be able to push that motor hard enough to really justify the 60a esc. My setup is the Power 25 1250kv motor, eflite 60a esc, 10.5x9 prop and i have the flaps and retracts. On 3s it pulls 550w at 42A and 4s it pulls 815w at 54A. It has a ton of power and takes off in about 4 feet.

just so you know, i use the stock motor mount and it fits perfectly. I just mixed a little epoxy and put a thin layer on the mount to stiffen it up a little.

with that motor, I use the 11x7, 11x8 11x7 3 blade, 10x6 4 blade 10x7 4 blade, 10x10, 8x8, 9x9, 10x7. All have awesome performance. The 10x10 or 10.5x9 are my favorites. The 8x8 or 9x9 (4s 2200's 40C) have crazy speed (in excess of 100mph) but the plane lacks thrust and is hard to get off the ground on the our grass field.

How about unlimited vertical? Unlimited vertical is awesome too. Maybe excess of 100mph vertical?

it will go out of sight with no sign of slowing down (even on 3s). I do a loop, come out of it go straight up into another loop, go straight up, into another and so on. I even do that with inside loops upside down.
