at that time, i underestimated the flight characteristics of a cp heli. i spooled up right after unboxing it for testing purposes (no training gears) and it nearly tipped over. so, your expecting my crash video on that day till now?

when i activate throttle hold, the blade have too much negative pitch. is there a way to change the value of the pitch on throttle hold? about the spare parts, our local hobby shop here have parts supports on rc's they sell. they can send parts minimum of 2 days.

There are 3 sets of pitch points. One for normal, one for Idle-1, and one for Throttle Hold. Set the pitch points for normal and throttle hold as the same.

day 1

its about time to call it a day. after 6 full charged battery, i can hover without landing until the low voltage protection on the esc kicks in (battery, esc and motor are hot). i'll be practicing side-in and nose-in next sunday so that i can finally fly my 450.. tomorrow is monday so i dont have time to practice till next sunday.

Congratulations! You really have beaten the odds. Now, don't fly until the low voltage protection kicks in because you will destroy your battery. You never want to use more than 80% of the battery capacity. Ending voltage on your battery should be 3.6 to 3.7 volts per cell. Anything lower will start to damage the battery. Lithium Polymer batteries will not stand total discharge like NiCd's or NiMH batteries.

Good luck and happy flying.

my heli crashed for the first time, luckily no major damages. got some dents on the main and tail blades but still it can fly well. i can now hover 15ft in the air tail-in. i want to fly around but i cant do side-in and nose-in. its very hard i cant even stay in the air for 5 seconds.

got crashed again. this time it was a serious one. the main rotor blades broke and the bolt/screw holding the main rotor housing to the shaft broke as well. can't tell yet if the main and feathering shaft are bent.

i tried hovering without the training gear and surprisingly the heli is more stable than having the training gear on.
