Jeff you are coming along great with this build. As always you have a good eye for the details. What type of tubing are you using for the gauges? When you have to cut several to the same length is there anything you do to make sure they all come out the same? Just measure mark and cut? You are very good at making them all the same length.

Thanks John.
I used aluminum tubing for the small ones and brass for the bigger ones, the aluminum just cuts easier, I cut them close as possible the the size i wanted and then just sand them down to equal length on a piece of sandpaper laid down on the table.
Or you can glue them in place and sand then all down at the same time with a block sander.

Thanks for asking Jeff ! Yeah , other than some mental anguish from no cable , internet , or phone , or for that matter gas to get to the hobby store , I'm doing all right ! That snow storm did a little damage but hey my back usually hurts anyway ! The great thing about pain is that it lets me know I'm no dead yet ! That means I can still play with my boats ! God is good !!!

Thanks guys!

I got the jets in place, that was allot of cutting and sanding to get the drives to lay down in place tightly to seal up with the bottom and back.

got some more details finished. I love painting these war boats just one color all over no tapping or painting separately. So much faster!

Jeff that M-60 is great looking. The boat is really taking shape. Have you decided on motors for the jets? Brushed or brushless ?

Hey Kmot ! That would be me ! And yes I am very fortunate that Jeff took on this project for me and it looks awesome ! Not to get all sappy but I will be totally honored everytime I put this boat in the water or on its display shelf . I had a new wall unit built just for all my military boats and this PBR will be the center piece. Jeff thanks again man , can't say it enough !!!
