I don't know about the Demon but the Glory Bee was published in Air Trails. I've got the article in one of the Air Trails retrospective collections that came out sometime back in the 80's for about 6 or 8 issues.

Construction of the Demon is similar to the Pirate. Main difference is that the wing and tailplane spars are inset in the ribs (ribs have to be threaded over the spar), just like the Corsaire
Where was it published?
The full-size plans for the Demon were published by the CEKO company in France in 1945. I have scanned them as a .tif file.
