Pot to add end point adjustment to non-computer radio?

I have a non-computer radio that I would like to add end point travel adjustment capability to for channels 1-4.

Can I add a small potentiometer to the sticks some how to achieve this? If so how? Any links to similar transmitter mods?

I did a similar thing on the cheapy 4ch Radiolink sets:

The first part corrects a flaw in the Radiolink sticks but the second part adds variable travel volume which I think is what you're looking for.
Cheers
