Up for grabs is a 3DR Ardupilot Mega 2.5 + top of the line Ublox GPS

This bad boy was designed for Multirotors and Heli Copters, Airplanes (Excellent for FPV), Rovers, boats.

I was using this on a Quad Copter. Unit works perfectly. I used this as a flight controller. I never got into the autopilot aspect. there is a TON of bells and whistles that I never got into.
If you use this as a Multirotor flight controller, it has A LOT of flight modes
Acro - Same as manual Mode
Stabilize - Holds it level
Alt Hold - Hold the Altitude while you fly.
Simple - "Care Free Mode" aka Heading hold
Auto - This is the mode you use when you already programmed a flight missing. The APM mission planner software lets you program unlimited waypoints, Auto mode starts the mission.
RTL - Same as "Return to Home"
Guided - "Guided mode works in a similar fashion to RTL, except the target location can be set by clicking on The Mission Planner Flight Data map. " You must have the optional telemetry kit...
Position - This holds location.
Loiter - This holds location and Altitude (Hands free mode)
Circle - Circles a location
Follow Me! - This is cool, when you use telemetry, you can tell the copter to follow you around.
Simple GeoFence - Another cool mode. In the Mission planner software you can set a fence on the map, This is a boundary and your vehicle will only fly inside your "fence"

This is the premium GPS. It is much more accurate than the Media tek GPS.

I will ship with same packaging that I got when I bought the unit NEW from 3dr.

This is in PERFECT working condition. I received the APM 2.5 + Ublox GPS on AUG 24th 2012 and it was Pre Assembled. It has only been flown 6 or 7 times. It spent most of the last month being bench tested/configured before I attached it to my quad.
Why am I selling this? I need the money and this has way to many bells and whistles for me. I have no need for waypoints so this is overkill. If I was going to get into FPV, I would keep this, but the money is not there.

(For FPV, you can use the telemetry module, connect your camera and display your image in the Mission planner software and fly with instruments. Too cool!) See image.

If you were to buy the APM alone from 3DR, the price is 199.99 plus shipping plus tax (If your in California)

The Ublox GPS is 75.99 if you buy it stand alone, its 50.00 more if you buy it with the APM from 3dr. (Plus shipping plus tax)

I am selling these both for *****SOLD****** shipped to ConUS (Will ship anywhere for extra costs) I paid 285 dollars after tax and shipping. For it being hardly used, only 1 month old and like new quality, its a killer deal.
