As titled.

Heard many good things about Motrolfly. Want to try it out on a 60" EF. Please let me know what you have!

Thanks.

Motrofly

4315-480 on 3800mah 5s works great. 6s is too heavy.

Thanks mmclaug, do you have a spare for sale?

I have heard people running 4315 kv714 with 4s on the 60", But I am afraid it would be a mAh hog. I originally plan to use 6s 3000 with KV rating around 500, now you got me thinking....

Just some more food for thought a 4315-668 on 5 cell is putting out about 1300 watts on my 59 Slick on a 15-7 and it can run a 16-8 on 4 cells. It pulls about 70 amps on the 5 cell setup. It is a rocket ship. ZOOOOOM!!!

Motrolfly 4315-480 on 6s

This is my son's Motrolfly 4315-480 on 6S 3300 Skylipo 30C with 16X7 Xoar wood prop. It is ballistic power and not too heavy all up 5.5lbs.

60'' Extreme Flight Edge 540-T EXP (6 min 9 sec)

Go for it on the Motrolfly, Ken from Subsonic will set-you up a new one.

I run this setup with a 15x8 on my 59" Slick. Crazy power, get 6-7 minute flight time with 4000mAh packs. I run the Motrofly 3620 750Kv with a 15x7 on my EF 60" Edge. It rocks too, although, I'm think that with the EF being slightly heavier than the Slick, I should swap the motors between the two.

I think the real reason to go with the lower Kv version of the Motrofly is if you want to run a 16" prop.
